At SnackPop, we take great care to ensure that every pack reaches you fresh and in perfect condition.


Returns

Because our products are food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Refunds & Replacements

We will gladly provide a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or leaking.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The package is expired or unfit for consumption.
  • The order is incomplete or items are missing.

Reporting an Issue

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or a video of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (if available), we may request your bank details to process the refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
