Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier partner performance.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotional campaigns.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with tracking details.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer packaging and product.


8. Delivery Availability

We currently ship across most serviceable locations in India.

If your PIN code is not serviceable, we will inform you and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.


9. Cash on Delivery (If Available)

Cash on Delivery may be offered for selected locations and order values.

We reserve the right to disable COD for certain PIN codes or orders.
